Version = 4.2 (40141202)
I'm sure I use the right password, because I simultaneously tried to log in with Safari on the same machine on the web version of doit.im and it worked. Multiple times.
Please fix this!
I also tried to remove the app and remove the .plist file with the configuration.
Help me.

Hi,
I can confirm downloading version 4.2 (40150204) solved the log in issue for me.
After a few seconds it asked me to update to the latest version. I agreed and now I'm using version 4.2.1 (40150211).
No issues anymore.

Hi,
Please send us the local log,so we can find the cause faster.
Steps:
1.search "terminal" and open it;
2.type the code below:
App store:
cp ~/Library/Containers/com.snoworange.Doitim-Mac/Data/Library/"Application Support"/DoitimMac/doitim_*.log ~/Desktop/
website:
cp ~/Library/"Application Support"/DoitimMac/doitim_*.log ~/Desktop/
3.you will find one or two log files on your desktop whose name is similar to "doitim_1.log";
4. send us this file by private comments or you can email to us: vip@snoworange.com.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem on OS X 10.10 - the login window hangs on 'Authenticating...'. Is there a link for download of older versions (4.2 for example?) until a fix is released?

I'm experiencing the same problem. The app crashes/hangs after trying to logon. I removed the app from my Mac (OS X 10.10.2) and downloaded and re-installed the latest version available on the website (Doit.im.40150211), but the app still doesn't work. Please advise urgently how to fix the problem.
