Mac app and Web app out of sync

Platform:Mac ProVersion:4.2.1

Help! My Mac Doit.im app and the web app is out of sync.

Any sync I try on the app says it synced well, but does not seem to work and I had lots of changes that were not synced!

Please help and please tell me what you plan to stop this from happening in the future Otherwise, I'm thinking of switching to OmniFocus.

Do you try to log out and re-log on Mac app?
