What you said works for the tasks that have a repeat circle in Scheduled. But it doesn't work for some of the tasks. I have a few tasks that used to repeat daily, then I stopped them from repeating daily and moved them to Next. Now I want them to repeat daily again, but when I move them to Scheduled they don't have a repeat circle next to them and they have the message "Unable to modify its repeat strategy. Please go to Scheduled for the modification" (and I also have to wait 2 days for them to appear in my Today list). So I can't make these tasks to repeat daily again.

If you want to make the task repeated, you need set a specific start day/time for the task,such as today. Please have a try.

These tasks were in my scheduled list. There was no repeat circle next to them, and when editing them there is the messege "Unable to modify its repeat strategy. Please go to Scheduled for the modification." Now I have set their start day for today like you said. They are now removed from the scheduled list and in my today list. When I go to the edit window I get the message "Unable to modify its repeat strategy. Please go to Scheduled for the modification." I can't set them to repeat daily.

Does this task have the repeat circle before you put it to Next? If you want to stop it from repeating,you need edit the task in Scheduled with a repeat circle. If you edit the task which is created according to the repeat strategy, you could not set this task repeat.

I think that I had a task in Scheduled with a daily repeat circle, it created a copy of the task every day in my Today list. Then I wanted it to stop repeating and move it to next, so I think I deleted the task from Scheduled to make it stop repeating daily, and moved a copy of the task from Today to Next. Now I can't make this task repeat daily again even if I move it to Scheduled. So what do I need to do now if I want this task to repeat daily again? Are you saying that only the original task with a circle that is in Scheduled can be edited to stop repeating and then to repeat again, but the copy of the action in Today can't be edited to repeat daily, even if I move it to Scheduled? Why can't the daily task be edited like the original task?

A: Yes. You could put back the deleted task from Trash to repeat it again.
