I downloaded it from your site. It doesn't occur every time like it used to. Is there a timeout period, and if so, can you tell me what it is? There's a possibility that this is what I'm seeing.

Hi,
We will check this issue further. Please send us the local log,so we can find the cause faster.
Steps:
1.search "terminal" and open it;
2.type the code below:
cp ~/Library/"Application Support"/DoitimMac/doitim_*.log ~/Desktop/
3.you will find one or two log files on your desktop whose name is similar to "doitim_1.log";
4. send us this file by private comments or you can email to us: vip@snoworange.com.
