I have this experience on both the web and Android versions.

I use quite a few subtasks in some of my daily recurring tasks. Unfortunately for the last few days, the subtasks are no longer included in the newly generated tasks.

If I look at the tasks in the scheduled or tomorrow section, the subtasks are there. However, when they move to today, the subtasks are no longer included.

This worked last week, but only stopped working recently.
