how to add a subtask?

I payed yesterday but can not make a subtask.
There is no linkable text on "Add a subtask".

How can I use this function?

You could add a subtask in task viewing page.

Thanks for your advice.

I attached my page image on Google Chrome.
I know the function is on the task viewing page, but there is no plus '+' button on the left of subtask.
It's just only text and non clickable.
I already rebooted my system but still it's same status.
Could you give me other advice?
