Do you try to refresh your webpage? Re-log in on web page?
Do you mean that you could not see the tasks which you created on your Android app? Could you please tell me the tasks title which you could not see on web version?
Please try to pull down the list to manual sync on your Android app. You could see the last update successfully time in settings page.

I have 29 tasks on my android inbox. I synchronize on the phone, but I still have only two tasks on my browser inbox.
