Can't scroll up/down the screen when sorting tasks

In windows and web versions, when sorting tasks I can only drag a task to the edge of the screen, but the screen doesn't scroll up/down. So I can't drag a task from the bottom of a big list to the top, it stops when I drag it till the edge of the screen. In android this feature works fine, but in windows and web it doesn't.
