Can't install application for windows

Hello,
I am trying to install application for Windows and getting the following error: "This installation package could not be opened..."

Please let me know how can I fix it.

I am using Windows 8

Hi Michelle, I get your email today, then you did not recieved my reply. It's because I did not recieved email notification when you answer my question here.

I tried to download and install the file you provided, but get the following error:
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. ADLL Required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personel or package vendor.

Looks like it's problem with my machine, i tried to install your application on different computer and it worked. I will try to resolve it, but if you know the solution, please provide it.

I tried to run it under administrator account and it worked for me. I was able to successfully install application.
