Currently, Doit.im is by far the best GTD program out there. The mobile app and the web app are excellent and of great quality.
NOTES
Yet, there are things that I would recommend to the dev team that would probably make the apps more... Intuitive and customizable. I want to start with the Intuitive part. Currently, when notes are added to tasks, you only get an icon that shows that the task has a note. Notes are there for a reason, to add a small detail that's important to the task completion. There should be an option where users can enable to display notes in tasks. That way, users can quickly glance their tasks and view all the small little notes that each has. If users have to view a note, they have to click a task (each time), just to read something so insignificant that it takes more effort to click the task and read the note, versus just taking a glance by default.
SUBTASKS
The current implementation of tasks is great. It's not overloaded with another layer of features, etc which makes a simple tool very effective. But again, this comes back to Intuitiveness. Currently, if a user adds a subtask to a task, he/she has no way of knowing what tasks have subtasks. There is no nothing that let's you know that your tasks for today have a subtasks...therefore, a user can complete a tasks but forget that there were subtasks to complete first. This is huge. So the problem is that first, users have no way of knowing if tasks have subtasks and two, users have to click a task just to see the subtasks within the task. I recommend a small feature where users can toggle a task (only if the task has subtasks) so subtaks can display below regular tasks. Simple and effective. We don't need any more hierarchies within subtasks. What we have is plenty, but not intuitive.
CUSTOMIZATION
Currently, this platform allows users to hide certain features like Someday or Next. I also recommend giving users the option to hide Estimated Time and Tags. Some people may not use these two features, but feel forced to use them because they are there. I personally use tags, but not Estimated Time.
So, after extensive use of this program, I can honestly say that by far, it is the most powerful program by far; worth the price! The only issues that I think are left is to resolve the above issues that deal with intuitiveness. I'm not asking for a robust redo, but simple intuitive solutions that I see would be benefical for all users of this platform. Thanks for your hard work devs and keep at it!

@albertgaleas
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
Q: NOTES
A: Do you mean that you want to see the task notes in the task list viewing page?
Q:SUBTASKS
A: On Mac and Windows version, there is a subtask icon. If there are subtasks under that task, you will see this icon. And you could view the subtasks by clicking the icon.
Q: CUSTOMIZATION
A: We will take your suggestion into consideration.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Doit.im Team
