I know I can sort my today tasks by Priority, Project, Date and Time etc. And that I could use time to sort things. But It would be handy to be able to save a custom order sorting as well. Specially for "All Day Tasks". Hit "Custom Order", drag and drop the tasks bases on sequence you plan to do them, dependencies could be relevant, without having to bother with setting a false time of the day to do them just so you get them in the order you want.
Custom order. Hit a button, drag and order and save that sequence for later refs. And go freestyle?

This is a very frequent request, and I actually agree with you, but I do not suffer too much from this.
I suffer much, much more from the fact that when you "star" tasks for Today they are removed from the list they were supposed to be on, which makes those lists unreliable. For example, my Next actions list is supposed to show me EVERYTHING that I personally could consider doing now, and the Waiting For list is supposed to show me EVERYTHING that other people are supposed to do for me and might deliver anytime now. I often want to star things for my attention today, either things that I aim to do myself or things that I need to receive from others, but as soon as I put those on the today list they vanish from their real list. Extremely annoying. And extremely unusual - I have never seen any other app that does that. It should work like the stars work in Gmail or Google Drive or in any of the competing todo apps (e.g. Nirvana, Zendone, Toodledo, GTDNext etc etc)
