Hello,
Both contexts and tags are case-sensitive in Doit.im. Because some words may have an completely different meaning when they start with a capital letter or with a lower-case letter. For example, China and chins, Lily and lily...
By the way, which version do you use? If you're using the desktop apps or the web version. it will show you the existing to contexts or tags and you can enter to save it.
Shall you need any help or have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us back.
Thank you for your feedback and support.
Duplicate Contexts and Tags with Capital and Lower-case names
Hi-
I do not know if this is the mechanism to request for support.... but here it goes:
I've noticed that I have a duplicate entry in contexts and tags, where the name is the same, but some start with a capital letter, and others with a lower-case letter. This is obviously because I typed it once starting with a capital letter, and other times with a lower-case letter. However, these should be the same.
For example. I have a context called "Home", and one called "home".
Question: How can I merge these two?
I tried simply renaming one to the other, and it didn't let me.
Thanks.
