@MasterCre8tor
Hi,
Where do you download the Mac version?
Please log in on web version to have a check that if all data on your mac version has been synced.
Please send us the local log,so we can find the cause faster.
Steps:
1.search "terminal" and open it;
2.type the code below:
Download from the Store:
cp ~/Library/Containers/com.snoworange.Doitim-Mac/Data/Library/"Application Support"/DoitimMac/doitim_*.log ~/Desktop/
Download from our website:
cp ~/Library/"Application Support"/DoitimMac/doitim_*.log ~/Desktop/
3.you will find one or two log files on your desktop whose name is similar to "doitim_1.log";
4. send us this file by private comments or you can email to us: vip@snoworange.com.
Best regards,
Doit.im Team
Crashing on my iMac
Hi,
This morning Doit.im began crashing on my iMac. I have the latest OS etc.
I tried redownloading Doit again and installing over the top of it in the applications folder but it is not fixing anything.
Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?
I could wipe it out and reinstall, just don't want to lose the data.
Thanks,
Kenrick
