Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
It has been in our developing plan. Do you have any detailed suggestion about how you would like it to be?
Best regards,
Doit.im Team
Can I modify several tasks at the same time? For example, changing the context or the tag of several tasks simultaneously.
Thanks

Hi, another question.
Where can I put the non-project tasks? I see all go to next actions, the only thing I found is to create a project, but they are no project!

It would be very useful to have an active/inactive toggle for tasks, just as we have for projects. This would correspond to the GTD principle of keeping future project tasks outside the normal lists. In GTD the project plan is considered to be a part of the "project support material", but many of us like to keep the upcoming tasks within the app itself (why enter them in a separate Word document etc) - and it would be good to be able to separate them clearly from the tasks that are now "active" on the Next, Waiting, Someday and Scheduled lists. Being able to mark them as "inactive" would solve this.

Hi,
Sorry that I could not understand you well. You could put the non-project tasks to where they should be. If you need do it, put it in Today.

Another question, I want to have a one way synck with GCAL, that is, the events on GCAL should be visible on doit, but not the other way around. Because when I complete these tasks on Doit, they disappear and go to completed on doit, but also disappear from GCAL, I would like to keep them on the GCAL side even if they are completed. Is this possible?
Thanks -

Hi,
Do you check the box to delete the tasks in GCal when you complete it in Doit.im in Preference in Doit.im? See the details: http://faq.doit.im/web.html#126
Please uncheck this checkbox to have a try, In this way, tasks completed in Doit.im will not be deleted in GCal.
Best regards,
