Hi,

I love Doit.im and use it every day! Well done!

Today a friend showed me a feature of another app called "ticktick". The feature allows you to receive a task reminder when you're in a certain area. This could be really useful if, for instance, you need to remember to buy something when you're at a shop and the app reminds you when you're nearby.

I think this could be a great addition to Doit.im.

Not very useful. I have tried it. Just because I am passing by a certain place does not mean it is convenient to stop there and get it done on that particular occasion. In fact, I find these alarms annoying.

It would be better if the Doit developers first of all COMPLETED some of all the half-finished features it already has, An example, just to mention one such half-finished feature that has been promised for years, I believe, would be a better consolidation of the task view/edit functionality. There must have been hundreds of requests over many years to tidy up the utterly inconvenient way that we today have to click around like madmen depending on whether we want to edit the task's subtasks or the other task characteristics, and on whether we want to edit or just view. Horrible. Still not fixed. And there are at least half a dozen other fundamental features that are only half-finished.
