I am trying to understand what is Goal and how to use it, but can't find any documentation.

You have so many help materials, but it's not possible to find it without your help.
it would be great if you create a section on your website where you will list all video and all text help materials. It will be much easy for new users to find it.

You may click on "FAQ" in the left column of the "Help" page. And in the page that comes us, you'll find the answers to most common questions, as well as video tutorials.

Besides, we are considering adding a section for listing all video and all text help materials.
