I have the same problem. Doit.im settings shows "GMT +01:00 Praha". That is wrong. We have DST in effect now:

http://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/czech-republic/prague

Google calendar correctly shows "GMT +02:00 Praha". And this (I guess) causes all the calendar notes to be shifted by one hour ... (btw nice coincidence, we are both from Czech Republic).

Hi,

Do only tasks synced from Google calendar have problems? Do tasks have time problem when syncing between Doit.im versions?

Is there problem if you select a time zone GMT +02:00?

Hi, you can try to change the timezone in the Doit.im, select "Preferences" > "General Setting" > "Time Zone",click "Save" button to save the changes. http://faq.doit.im/web.html#17 .

We are looking into this problem. Thank you for your feedback.

If it is of any help, here are the exact steps I do:

- in doit.im preferences I have (GMT +01:00) Praha
- in google calendar preferences I have (GMT +02:00) Praha
- In web client I click on 'Today' which show me tasks for ... well today :)
- I create new task 'test task' by typing it into quick text box at the top
- I drag the new task by mouse and drop it onto 'Scheduled'
- This pops up a dialog box where I click on current date (Fr 2nd Oct 2015)
- I tick the checkbox next to time textbox to allow me to see exact time
- I set the task to 16:00 and press Enter
- I can see the new task with gray '16:00' prepended in the list of today's tasks
- In another firefox tab I open my google calendar and I can see that the task generated new 'appointment' in the calendar
- The new appointment is from 17:00 till 18:00
- I change doit.im preferences to +02:00 Athens
- No change in google calendar
- I re-schedule my task again to 2nd Oct, 17:00 and back to 2nd Oct 16:00 to trigger the appointment change in google calendar
- In google calendar the task is now from 15:00 till 16:00
- after changing the doit.im preferences to +02:00 Bucharest and re-scheduling back and forth the task, it's still 15:00 till 16:00 in google calendar
- after changing the doit.im preferences to +01:00 Prague and rescheduling to 16:00 I can see the appointment _correctly_ set to 16:00

Strangely, when I try to repeat the process, the appointment gets created correctly in google calendar on first try. At the moment I can't reproduce the issue even though I'm using +01:00 Prague in doit.im and +02:00 Prague in google calendar settings.

We will pay more attention to the DST problem in the future, later we will change to +02:00 Prague.

We are sorry about the inconvenience.
