Web version doesn't save selected layout

I usually use doit.im in several views (Today, Next, Waiting) during the day. When I use certain view I use to fold and unfold some groupings to show only important records to me and hide those that I don't need to see at the moment. The selected hide and show status is not saved when I switch the view from one to another. So when I set some groupings to show in Todat, go to Next and then go back to Today - I see that each group is unfolded and I have to hide them again if I don't need them right now. Meanwhile iOS version of doit.im works just fine and saves my seleceted settings even when I switch back and forth from the View.

Could you please fix this in web version?

Now it will not remember the hide and show status. Do you mean that you want it to be remembered?

Which version do you use of the iOS version?

Hi,

Yes, exactly, it would be very usefeul if web version remembered hide and show status in different sections like Today, Next, etc. And it works just fine in iOS version, remembering the last status of show / hide. I am not sure which version I am using for iOS, but I installed it a couple of years ago and did not update since then. If you let me know how to check the version - I will get back to you with it, thanks.

Hi,

You are using the old version. You could see the version number in the settings page. Our latest version is 4.4.3.
The new version: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/doit.im-for-iphone/id779377375?ls=1&mt=8

In the new versions, the status will not be remembered as we add a feature in Today that we will hide the Morning group when it is afternoon.

That's great feature about Morning group, however I still find it useful to save show/hide in another sections of app, e.g. to deal with many records stored in Next section. At least keeping it just as I left it is a good thing and helps to get my focus back more easier. Also it could be separate doit.im preference like checkbox "Remember my show / hide state", so every user could have individual preference. But it of course up to you.
