PC: Week starts on Sunday instead of Monday

Platform:WindowsVersion:4.1.34

In Android version and Website, the calendar starts on Monday, but in PC version calendar starts on Sunday. I would like the calendar also starts on monday on PC verson - please view screenshots (andorid and web are ok, but last one is PC and it is not OK) :
