Do you mean that the information in the notification centre will not be update when you update in the iPhone app? Please try to delete it and add it again to have a try.

No I mean that it only shows what was in the Today list since I last synced my phone. So that means if I closed some tasks on my windows PC, then open notifications centre on the iphone, it still shows the tasks that were already completed. Can it automatically sync so that it shows only current tasks, not ones already completed?

The tasks in Today are the same as the tasks in the iPhone app. Please check if the tasks in the iPhone app have been synced.

Hi Wendy, yes I realise, but I find that if the iphone app only syncs when I open it, so the list in the notification centre can be out of date, is there a way to have the iphone app sync in the background so the list in the notification centre is always up to date?

Hi,

It will sync in the background. If you find that the app does not sync in the background, please check the system apps such as the mail if it is syncing.

Oh it does ok. Perhaps I just checked it too soon. I will also try and see if I can sync it more often. Thanks :)

Would there be a way you guys could push out updates to the iphone app so it is refreshed when changes are made on the other apps? Seems like it is possible:

"For example, an app can check if new content is available and download the updates, or retrieve the updated content in the background when it receives a push notification, so the new content is ready for viewing when you launch the app."
