How do you link project to goals?

Wondering if I can link projects to goals?
Or is a goal the same as a project?

Clikj Projects in the left pane - the projects are the listed in tha min pane.
Make sure you gave "opened" the Goals section in the left pane.
Drag a project from the main pane onto the goal in the left pane.
