I have the same problem but only with the Mac version (4.2.3). No problem with either iPhone or browser versions.
I have pro account and good network connection. I tried with wifi and 3g internet. The problem is the same.

@wendy_only Yes sure I can enter the mobile version of app in browser. With wifi connection I can even sync data. But on 3g it's still not working

Please contact with the mobile 3g network server about this issue. We guess that the mobile 3g network server blocked it.
