OS X Desktop version behaves weird in El Capitan beta

Platform:Mac ProVersion:4.2.3

When trying to move or resize the window it jumps around like crazy. This has been the case for all OS X El Capitan developer betas (I'm on beta5 now).

This is still happening on 10.11.3. As a temporary workaround, it won't do the glitchy jump if the Doit app is not the window in focus. So before moving Doit, click onto another window first, like Finder for example, then click and drag the top bar of Doit while it's out of focus.

Same here after updating to El Capitan — can't move app window around, it jumps like crazy. Hope you'll manage to fix it!
