When adding a newly created task to a new project it isn't obvious that one has to tap on Enter
the name of the newly created project should replace the "Cancel" button (imho)
selecting dates might be way easier: tap on the setting and slide with a finger up or down from hours should make it obvious that you're changing hours...

People hate Todoist for awkward data entry. you excel at it and it could be even more exciting
I could do a Russian localization in in exchange for a lifetime Premium subscription )))

even more on usability
1. Android App: Have to tap for the keyboard after pasting a subtask to hit enter
2. Remove Evernote icon and fields if no Evernote account connected
3. No indication of subtasks under task or # of tasks under project
4. I need to open a new window to edit a task or project title or click "edit project" - See how Asana, Google Keep allows for editing anything after just one click (good that you have subtasks editable this way)
5. IMHO project header takes too much space
6. no visible dictiction between project title and its tasks beneath (indent?)
7. add new contexts from where those contexts are ( just a + button near the "CONTEXT" header )
8. no navigation indicates where I currently am (one has to notice the browser's tab header) -

9. the Goals are bare records w/o functionality?
10. Is there any way to group my 30-40 projects into areas of focus?
11. is there a way to associate my projects and/or areas of focus with goals? I'd love to see what I do to achieve my goals: projects and progress...
12. how about reordering Tasks, Projects, Goals, Contexts? people want to in control of their data... look at Google Keep
is this gtd?

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
Q:1. Android App: Have to tap for the keyboard after pasting a subtask to hit enter
A:Now you need tap the Enter on the keyboard to save the subtask. What’s your suggestion?
Q:2. Remove Evernote icon and fields if no Evernote account connected
A:We are considering this issue now.
Q:3. No indication of subtasks under task or # of tasks under project
A:On Mac and Windows version, you could see a subtask icon on the task item in the task list. We will add this feature to other versions.
Sorry that I could not understand you well about "# of tasks under project”.
Q:4. I need to open a new window to edit a task or project title or click "edit project" - See how Asana, Google Keep allows for editing anything after just one click (good that you have subtasks editable this way)
A:We have the plan to improve the task edit feature.
Q:5. IMHO project header takes too much space
A:I will feedback to our designer. We will improve it.
Q:6. no visible dictiction between project title and its tasks beneath (indent?)
A:Do you mean that you could not distinguish the project title and task title in the list?
Q:7. add new contexts from where those contexts are ( just a + button near the "CONTEXT" header )
A:Do you mean that you need an Create context icon in the context list? Could you please tell me which version?
Q:8. no navigation indicates where I currently am (one has to notice the browser's tab header)
A:You could see colour lump beside the box name at left panel. Do you mean that you could not notice it? We will find a way to make it more convenient to see this mark.
Q:9. the Goals are bare records w/o functionality?
A:Sorry that I could not understand you well. Could you please tell me more details?
Q:10. Is there any way to group my 30-40 projects into areas of focus?
A:Could you please tell me more details about this feature? You could add these projects to Goals if they have same goal.
Q:11. is there a way to associate my projects and/or areas of focus with goals? I'd love to see what I do to achieve my goals: projects and progress...
A:You could add goal to Project. In this way when you are in the goal viewing page, you could see the projects which you need to complete.
Q:12. how about reordering Tasks, Projects, Goals, Contexts? people want to in control of their data... look at Google Keep
A:You could manual sort Tasks in Next, Projects,Goals, Contexts in their list in the right panel.
Best regards,

1. If I paste a subtask, there is no keyboard. So I have to guess to tap for the text entry and then hit enter. Todoist has nice little plane icon (a simple OK button would be better though)
3. Projects have tasks (and a nice little number of the tasks inside the project would be informative)
Tasks have subtasks (and would be cool to see a number (#) of subtasks under the task in question) BTW I see them in the new Android App now! For some reason you have two apps on the Google Play...
e.g. #Errands (3)
6. exactly. you need indent. or even a clearer indication of hierarchical dependency
7. Webapp has this ADD button where you add three kinds of items/ Why not have a "Create new" written in a field below and a "+" button next to section header "CONTEXTS +" and a "create a new context" as a tooltip
8. the color lump is virtually invisible.
the top could be
Logo>WorkSpaces>Project>Task>Subtask
then why not have a DropDown of the items of the same level on hover (tap)
9. My Goal is to save the planet. (not a joke - see Deep Green Resistance for details). This specific Goal has three areas of focus. How do I see (prioritize) my tasks, projects according to Areas of Focus, Goals?
As of now I have to create a project from within the goal (NO I can't create a project but only a Task). Remember GTD?
Tasks get grouped under projects
Projects flock into Areas of focus
Areas of focus roughly correspond to Goals....
Why do you have Goals, when all I create in other sections won't be connected to those Goals set?
My rationale here is simple. As I plan, I begin from scratch. What do I want in life? (I am well past the phase where I had to clear my mind of a host of input bogging me down) What are the goals? What new things do I have to do to accomplish each specific goal? How do I group up projects?
10. I did not find the way to add Projects to Goals. I know that no app is foolproof but I hopefully am no fool either.
12. no way to manually sort items in Android App (not really important though)
in WebApp you have to enter the list of projects to reorder them. I didn't guess that. Did I have to?
One more thing:
13. There is this tooltip pointing to the "+" dropdown in the WebApp interface that blocks out the title of the project until you click on it. It might be that I have an add-on that deletes cookies...
Please see my comments and feedback only as my desire to help. I am using Todoist (premium Subscription), Slack, Asana... But your app seems to be the most promising for what I personally need. -

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
We will take your suggestion into consideration to improve Doit.im. We will do a research on your suggestions.
You could manual sort on Android app. Please long touch on the task item, you could manual sort tasks in Edit mode in the list. Have a try.
Best regards,
