I have a virtual assistant. I would like them to be able to add tasks to my lists without knowing my login credentials. I understand that they can email tasks. Are there any other methods?

I would very much like them to be able to send tasks to my inbox without being required to have an account and also while having the ability to add task details. Is this possible?
