I just received an email form my Outlook administrator saying that the problem might be caused because the Outlook mail is not the one I have registered doit.im with, Maybe your sistem allows only trusted mails and that's why I can receive mails from kielmar7@gmail.com because this is the email I registered with. Others emails are not allowed... Is it right?

It may be one cause. We are not sure. Could you please use web version to send an email with outlook to have a try?
