Unable to install Windows app

Hi

I can't seem to install the windows app on my laptop. I'm running Windows 10.

- I downloaded the "windows.setup.4.1.34" installer package from the the website.
- I unzipped/extracted the files.
- I double clicked on the "doi.tim_setup" file.
- The installer started but then I get a error message quoting "Error 1722".
- I've also tried not unzipping/extracting the files and simply double clicking on the "doi.tim_setup" file within the zipped folder.

Has anyone got any suggestions as what the problem is and what I need to do to successfully install the app?

Hi @wendy_only

Thanks for getting back to me.

I'm afraid none of the potential fixes available via the link above fix the issue. I still get the same error message. Have you got any other suggestions?
