Purchased Pro through Apple Store, but account does not show as Pro account

I love the product and use it everyday. Last week, my pro subscription expired, so I renewed it through my iPhone. The purchase has posted to my credit card; however, my account is not reflected as a Pro account and I really miss the syncing. Can I please get my Pro account back?
