Hi, I renewed my pro account yesterday from within the iPhone app. I was charged for the upgrade through Apple, but my account remains downgraded to the non-pro version. I have emailed several help emails at doit, but have received no answer. It is frustrating as I rely on Doit for my daily tasks and travel often. It is doubly frustrating that I have already paid for the service and do not have the benefit of it. It is triply frustrating that I have emailed several different email addresses and received no response and, as I look at the top of this form, it says that Pro users requests are of top priority with an add to upgrade... the upgrade I paid for and have paid for every year since Doit.im offered it. Please help. Thanks.
