Currently this feature is not available on Doit.im, we will think about it in the future coz it's not the first time we receive this request from our user. The roadmap for the next version hasn't come out yet, so now I can't tell you for sure whether it will be in our next version.

Can you please let me know if you will add HTML support to tasks description rather than Plain Text? I am asking because I setup my email to automatically forward to DoIt.im and the problem with some emails that they will create the task with the HTML tags and styles information in description. Do you have this feature in your pipeline for the next update.

Also, I am so interested to know about your next update, can we get an idea about the new features you will have and when are you going to release the next update (just an estimate date, doesn't have to be accurate).

wassim, you are getting quite a quick response already. It has only been four days since you posted the thread and you had your first answer only two days ago, Many other threads have been unanswered for years. Linjiani is doing a hell of a job trying to answer everything quickly, and does not deserve that kind if comment.

As for your two requests, although I can understand you and can also see some merit in them, I cannot personally upvote them for the simple reason that there are so many other things that I would deem much more pressing - they seem more like luxury problems to me, best left for some "final polish" update someday, but that's just my personal opinion, of course..

Sorry about the late reply, coz I reported lots of features, but some features need some research to know whether we are going to develop it.

Good news is that our next move is a collaboration platform based on Emails, Doit and our new App -Rush will be combined, so your problems should be solved at that time. The next version of Doit will be after the launch of Rush (Rush will be released before the winter).

Sorry again for the late reply, I was quite busy over the weekends. Next time you post something, I will try to answer it first:)

Thank you for your suppport here, and your previous comments really help me to understand the GTD system.

We have many other things that needed to be improved first, indeed, as you say, "pressing" issues, we will try to fix them soon.

@Folke I have little idea who you are, but 2 days for a response in a forum of a SaaS is a lot of time, especially it was a simple question / clarification. This doesn't mean that I don't appreciate what Linjiani is doing. I have not asked anyone to upvote anything, and what you call "luxury" might be a "necessity" for others. I am so happy with DoIt.Im and been with them since several years now. I wouldn't underestimate someone's request only because I think it's luxurious. If that is helpful and count towards a better App then why keep it till the end if it's possible to have in the next update. We might not live long enough to witness luxury though.

We are recruiting more people to make Doit better, trying to make those "luxury" features come true, as you say, it's "necessity" coz we need to compete with other products. Recently the update of Doit is slow due to the Rush developing, after Rush, we will add all these "necessities".
