Paid for Pro by Google Play, ain't got it

I use Pro account for more than a year. Paid for it on the 30th of September in 2014 by Google Play using my phone. It has worked good for a year.
3 weeks ago, on September 30 of 2015, there was an automatic payment from my bank account, saying "GOOGLE *Snoworange". I've realized just now that I don't have Pro account by now.
Disappointed...

You have paid for one year,If you need to continue to enjoy pro account, you can pay to extend your date.

Hi. Yes, my pro account has ended at 30 September 2015.
And afterwards there was an automated payment for 750,00 rubles (I live in Russia) from my bank account by Google Play.
You can see it on screenshot, attached to my first post.
So I paid for it and ain't got my account renewed. That's what I told about.

I paid for Doit.im in 30 of September of 2014th, and did it again in 30 of September of 2015th

Though, there's a bug and not only me who got it, accourding to Google Play reviews.
Would be good if it'll be fixed until the 30 of September in 2016 :))
