Add option to have Start Time filter "Before today, or today"

Hi there,

I really like the today view show both "before today" and "today" tasks.

I'd like this available in my filter, so that I can filter by context, but show "before today" and "today" tasks.

e.g. Filter: foo context.
Context is "foo"
Status is "uncompleted"
Start time is "before today, or today" <--- new feature request
Group by Start time, sort by Start time.

If I understand this correctly it actually boils down to being able to exclude Scheduled tasks. Is that understanding correct? This has been another long-standing request - to be able to select which "statuses" (Next, Waiting, Scheduled etc) to include (or exclude) in the filtered results.

Another missing filtering/grouping option is Goal.
