Pro version paid in Google Play - not working

I have similar problem as some others seem to have. I've paid for Pro version in Google Play on Oct 21, 2015 to renew my yearly subscription. But I don't have the Pro version anymore (same thing happened a year ago, so it seems that you don't get the Google Play payments automatically?)

I feel sorry for this problem,your pro account has been successfully extended to Oct 21,2016.
We will fix this problem asap.
