@eBosh Hi there, we have checked and found your account alright. Do you mean Doit on web can not sync with that on you phone? Have you tried manual sync? When did this issue turn up?

Here is how to sync on android and web:

Android version for Pro:
Syncs automatically every 15 minutes now.You can manually sync anytime by pulling down the screen, or click the icon of “…” at upper right and select"Sync".

Web sync:
It syncs automatically to server in real time. You may also manually do the synchronization at any time by clicking “Sync” icon at the top.
