Native mobile apps - clickable links in description field

Hi there, I was wondering if it was possible/I need to do something with regard to making links clickable when accessed through the android apps.

I often find it useful to put links into the description field of a task, so that I've got an instant supporting information when I decide to pick up a task.

This works fine on the web version of the app, but within Android (4.3 in my case), I have to cut and paste the link into a browser, which can kill productivity a little.

Would it be possible to make links clickable from within the mobile app?
