I just started the trial of doit.im.
I was close to think, that I finally found a GTD-App that is great. But stumbled over a kind of dealbreaker, so if that isnt going to be changed I really have to leave this broken hearted because it does not fit my needs ;(
Usually im used to add notes and thoughts to tasks. This notes change in progress, and sometimes I re-edit additional notes to tasks that much, that they become bigger texts.
In doit.im we only have the option to add comments. That would be OK, but we cant edit (or delete) them, so its kinda messy to work with them. For me it is a dealbreaker, as I need this function to add additional Text/Info to tasks/projects.
If your develop-team can fix this in close time, Im really going to purchase a Lifetime-membership (Also sub-projects on more levels would be nice)
But if the feature cant be implemented in short time, Im really sry to say, that I have to go on searching a GTD-App that fits my needs.
Anyway great App......keep on working on it
Reaction from the developer-team would be nice to see.......

OK, I found, that I can workaround this problem simply bye using the "Description"-field, even then it is not a very good solution, as whole taskwindow gets bigger this way.
But here is the next thing:
I often tab in notes, some of them end up being just notes, never get tasks (or maybe later)
Is there a way to store them in some kind of folder as "references"?? I like to have some notes and dont want to see them in the different default-folders.
The best thing where if we could add additional costum-folders in the "Focus-Tab". So we dont have only "Today, Next, waiting,etc"
I would add a folder called "references/Notes" and all my problems would be gone.
The solution to use Evernote is not that great, as doit.im cant delete notes, and we also again need 2 Programs, have not ONE trusted system.
That way im working on the system too much, not the system for me.
