Your loyal ** (not local). Thanks.
You guys decided to build something awesome. OK fine, with the great skills we all know you have put into DoIt.im we trust your word. That is something which I am sure everyone will be happy about once the final product is ready. But - until the final product is ready, everyone is NOT happy.
So I am here to propose something to you company and CEO. I am so sure that everyone will be happy to see constant changes to DoIt.im instead of waiting for that big product change. In my humble opinion, my trust to DoIt.im will go back on track if I start to see things getting addressed. I don't care if it's a slow progress or not. I just NEED TO SEE some progress. So instead of working hard for many months on delivering a great product, how about you guys start rolling-out sub-versions or new versions with added features and addressed issues as they're ready? This way everyone will cool down when they see that really some progress is being made and we will be patient to wait.
Your company and CEO should clearly understand that only because you wrote us some letter it doesn't mean that should be enough. I can write you a letter every single day, with lots of emotions and promises, but that doesn't build up a great product you know. We know something is true when we see true things. Promising doesn't really do anything. It works for few weeks but then the problem will stay and stay and stay.
Can you please, once and for all - let me know if this is possible. Please don't write anything like "we'll consider...". Please understand that I put in mind that if I see a copy/paste response to this thread I will leave DoIt.im forever and never look back. I swear to God on that! For God's sake people what's going on there! We're so sick of this. If you need more money for the membership I personally don't mind paying more (can't speak on behalf of others, but I am sure everyone will be happy to pay a little bit for a better product - but that's another topic), however we're very very disappointed and can't really wait any longer.
I quit DoIt.im and moved to Wunderlist since the day your CEO published that letter. Now I am very happy with Wunderlist but it has killer Syncing problems, which is why I am finding myself having to come back here.
Seriously guys, if we're supposed to give up just let us know. I'm so sick of this!
Your local (but not so patient) customer,
Wassim

@wassim Hi Wassim, thanks for your continuous support and suggestions for us. Sorry for my previous way of answer. I attached the link of CEO's message for you to read the reason of release delay. And I said "will consider....." as we have to do some research to check if it's worth developing at this moment. We have recorded down all the features ( the "will consider......" ones ) you put forward, but its developing time have to be considered. We are sorry for the delay of Doit.im new release. Now that we have prepared for such a long time, what we want is to provide our uses a much better experience. Hope you understand and your suggestions are always welcome.

@Linjiani
Thanks again for your reply. I appreciate it.
Now the question is, when will we expect to see the new version of Doit.im? Are we speaking about delays of days, weeks or months? This makes a huge difference.
And most importantly, will you roll out sub-releases to address known issues, or we won't be able to see any changes until you finish development on the new Doit and Rush?
Best regards,
Wassim -

@wassim Hi Wassim, the new version can be expected in months. We can not tell the specific time now, because we can not expect the development situation. We have to take more time if some problems come up in the developing process. We don't want to disappoint you, so we do not tell the release time. But Doit and Rush will both come out in months this year. Hope you understand and thank for your continuous support for us.

Personally, I'm tired of waiting for updates and implement new features. I switched to Todoist. Illusions about Doit not cherish. Although it was a great app, but times have changed.

I see little happening here. Good product, but slow to integrate and offer new features. Meanwhile ToDoist continues to march forward.

@mtatge integrations are nice but they should not take precedence over improving the existing features, fixing bugs, and adding new features, in my opinion. Unfortunately Doit has not done either of those things in a really long time.
