I am disapointed by Doit.im.
I expected a fair service from you side. I have paid for the service 16$ a year (if i remember correctly) but you have raise the price to 20$. I would expect you could raise prices for new customers but I wouldn't expect you would do it for your old customers. I am from Slovakia and even 16$ was enoguh.

I can't trust you anymore. This is like blackmailing. Can you say what is this different from those filecoders - the viruses that encrypt your data and than want money from you to decrypt them? How can I know you will not put a 50$ price next year? Or 1000$?... I am sorry but this is not acceptable for me.

I hate to say but I am done using Doit.im and I will find a solid provider for my task management. This kind of services can not be threated as groceries. This is a continuous product. How would you feel if you bought something in a store and a store manager comes to your home and ask for more money because they have raised prices? This is ridiculous. This also is not a water or electicity. If the providers increase price, you can just unplug, or stop using them. But you cannot stop using your own informations.

This will cost me a lot of time to end the "relationship" with Doit.im. But better now than when it's late. You have opened my eyes with this decision.

I am sorry. I know that sounded harsh, but I just want you to learn at this and make your products better. Make them to make pepople feel you care about them.

I enjoyed Doit.im. I also told all my friends about the great GTD service. Now I am ashamed of it. I just can not trust you with my data anymore. I am just really glad I didn't spend more time customizing my Doit.im as I had planed because it would be a big waste of time.

I hope you do not take it the wrong way.
