I did check to see if it was running in the background and it wasn't. I even checked the Task Manager.
I have since had to re-boot the laptop as I went to the office and it still won't open from the Program Drop Down list. -

Could you please tell me which button you click on to minimize the app?
If there is no desktop shortcut for Doit.im, please try to launch the app in the Start menu.
In addition, please give us the logs of that day on which the problem happened. The logs are located in the installation directory.

1. The app automatically launched after you successfully installed it.
2. The app also ran normally after you logged in to Doit.im
3. Click on "-" to minimize the app and then Doit.im icon was neither in the system tray.now in the task manager.
4. Unable to re-launch the app with the desktop shortcut or in the Start menu.
Did you do ad I described above? If no, please let me know the incorrect step?
In addition, please give us a detailed description of you PC configuration. Also, send the sync logs to us.
By the way, if you don't minimized the app, can it work well.
