You can make them part of different Goals. This will enable you to see a list of only the projects that belong to that Goal.
Unfortunately, however, there is no way to see all the actions from the various projects under a Goal. It would be nice to see this in the same way as when you click a Project or Context. And it would be nice to be able to group the Next actions list (and other lists) by Goal. And filter by Goal. The Goal feature is a quite underdeveloped
grouping projects
I have a lot of projects witch I would like to categorise into project groups. is there a way to do that

@rogercarlsson Hi there, you can add goals and put the projects into different goals. Any outcome that's going to require more than one item, in some sequence of tasks and projects in order to be able to achieve that outcome, that's a goal. Both tasks and projects can be assigned to a goal. Once added to a goal, tasks will go to Next by default. You can see all tasks/projects included the goal when you unfold it. In addition, you can complete all tasks/projects by completing the goal they belong to. Click the link below to add a new goal: http://faq.doit.im/web.html#89
