Create a filter option for Tasks with No Starting Time

Right now there is no option to choose tasks that have not been assigned starting time

Secondly, ability to arrange the order of the Filters. There is currently no way to rearrange them.

@IRWAN1689 Hi there, please choose "Days from now" for tasks with no specific start time. The corresponding tasks will be added in the filter you set. As for the feature to arrange the order of the filters, we do not have the development plan now. But we will take your advice into account in the future.

@Linjiani Unfortunately adding "Days From Now" to Filter and not setting the specific days will not do anything
