Hi,

I'm using Doit.im for more than a year. Last year I bought a subscription to pro version. This year it automatically prolonged it. However Doit.im does not see it as active.

Can you please fix it or refund and I will buy the subscription via PayPal.

This happened to me as well, I tried contacted doit.im by email and have received no answer. It's been a 3 weeks now since my upgrade renewed automatically and no PRO services. This is getting frustrating. Happened to me last year. I shouldn't have to go through so much trouble to receive services I've paid for.
