We use SendGrid (a cloud-based email delivery service) to send the remind email to users. Most of the time, the email will be delivered successfully. Anyway, we will check this issue, sorry for any inconvenience brought to you.

Hi Guys,
I have been using your Doit everyday, DOIT is only one my task management as at work as private life. When I can't use service (for receiving email) then the system is useless for me :(. The service didn't work from yesterday in the morning and still is down :(.

Help - my mails don't seem to get to the DoIT inbox either! Pls let me know if this has been registered and is being dealt with.

Same problem. Please fix this as I normally trust my Mail to Inbox reminder. Uselesse now if all new tasks are gone from brain and not available in the system

Guys today in the morning is third day when DOIT didn't receive nor one mails :(. What is horrible that Doit absolutely don't inform us ! :(

Yet another user unhappy that emails do not arrive to Inbox. Not happy as I have just renewed my subscription. Is this what I am paying for? :-/

We feel so sorry about this issue, it may take some time to fix because it related with not the problem of codes, but the servers and the third-party service. Now we have the solution already and it will be repaired with 24 hours.

Do you mean that you can't add a task via mail or can't receive the remind mail of task.

If you mean the issue of task mailbox, it will be fixed soon.

As for the remind mail of task, we find there is no problem about it, could you please check your junk box ?
