@gilberto_411 Hi,it may be caused by dirty data. Please search for the Doit.im folder in your device and delete it to clean up the local data. Then please re-login and sync to check.
My app deskto is different from web doit. But I click in sync button and dont have error. The number of tasks is different between web and windows. See Image below.

@Linjiani Hello, I did it and it worked for a while. Today however, occurred again.
On the site shows three tasks for tomorrow, but the app only shows 2.
This is getting embarrassing and I'm losing confidence in the service. My version is 4.1.34 (Windows).
Is there any way to get more details about what is happening and why? Every program support is only for this forum? -

For reappear this problem, please send us the logs by private comments which you can find it in the path:C:\Users\Wendy\AppData\Roaming\Doit.im\
Note: Change "Wendy" as your own computer name.

@gilberto_4113 Hi,Are you using any other platform except windows and web ?
From the logs, we see you frequently switch between web and desktop. when you after editing on desktop, you had some editing on web. (the data on desktop haven't sync yet this time )
So, please after finish your performance on desktop and syncing ,then use other platform. -
