I've paid money but Pro isn't working

I've bought Pro account but it isn't working. App tells me "buy a Pro account" and when I try pressing "buy" button they tell me that I have this already (and it's right)

I have the same thing! Both in the app and in the browser it fails to see I paid for pro. Already send a support mail, but no answer. Please resolve ASAP.

@ANECHKA Can you find it in your trash or completed box? And As Doit.im local does not save the data, you need to synchronize data to our server. So if you use doit.im offline and haven't sync your data after your device is connected to the network,the date will not be saved.Here are some notes for you.please have a check.
1. Do not log out offline, in order to avoid the local data being deleted. 
2. Do not use Doit.im of other clients in the meantime in order to avoid the local data covered by the data on the server when your device is connected to the network.
