Mobile app not having the same tasks as the web

Hello there,
I'm always having the issue of not having the same tasks displayed in my iPhone, 4S with iOS 9.3.2, be the same as those on the doit.im web app.
Today, for example, I have 17 tasks displayed on my iPhone, after syncing, and 30 on the web app, after syncing. This is a huge difference! I can't trust my iPhone app like this! Even if I try to sync it does not update!
Please help.

I've observed the fact that some things do no sync properly. Some things I've marked as done or maybe erased on my iPhone still appear in the web app. And some things that appear in the web app do not appear at all in my iPhone app.

Hi @iasminb,
We hope to confirm whether you have logged out and re-logged in, and then manually synchronized by clicking the 'sync' icon on phone?
If you did so but the problem still exists, please send us your task ID, that is, the whole url address in the browser address bar when you enter into the detail page of a task on web version.

@iasminb Our engineer has checked the code and made adjustment. Please tap 'Sync' again in your iPhone to see if it is OK now.

It works better now, at least with the Mac app. I'm not using the web right now.
