I tried to create an account for my new business, and I messed up the login. I am unable to reset my password to log in.

We checked and found that the account, corey@bluehammer.us, was in Mainland Server. We now have two servers, International Server & Mainland Server.
International Server: https://i.doit.im/signin
Mainland Server: https://i.doitim.com/signin
And data between the two servers cannot be synced with each other. Please try to register a new account in International Server.
