Section "Send to" does not work

I have added some e-mails to contacts to send tasks but they do not appear at the "send to" section. See printscreen below.

@Lume Hi, you may send tasks to each other just after his/her approval on your application. Please view the contact list on the contacts icon at upper right to check : http://faq.doit.im/web.html#66.
