in web app, I set GMT+1 (Amsterdam) time, on my phone (Android phone) it's GMT+2 (Amsterdam).
According to this link: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/europe/european-union/the-netherlands/amsterdam/time/
Amsterdam time is GMT+2. So phone's time is correct.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open windows client app
- Create a scheduled task or any other task with start time in it
- Set reminder as "at start time"
- Save task
- Sync
- Open that task on phone (Android)
- Open reminder -> it is set as "1 (one) hours ahead" and NOT "at start time" and the reminder will alert one hour ahead. It happens all the time.
Expected behavior:
reminder is set "at start time" NOT "1 (one) hours ahead"

Hi,Thanks for your feedback!
What's the timezone you set on windows client app?
The timezone set on all platforms shall be the same. Otherwise, some problems may happen, such as 1(one) hour ahead. -

Hello Linjiani,
Thanks for response. As far as I know there's no way to set up time zone in windows client app. The only way to set it is online (through web app). And as I mentioned in my 1st comment there's a difference in 1 hour, but because online (in web app) you do not consider Summer Time. So in summer period on windows client app I will always have 1 hour difference against phone app. And this is not convenient way to work. You app should automatically resolve summer time.
Hope you will fix it. it's really annoying thing, when it reminds 1 hour ahead instead of "at start time" -

@Linjiani thanks for support
I've checked the time zone settings on my Windows PC and there's a trick:
System has Amsterdam time as GMT+1, but there's also ckeckbox for "Summer Time", if I tick that checkbox - it shows me correct time, if I uncheck this option it shows me 1 hour in the past. So I think your application do not consider that checkbox. So, I assume, it's just taking the time according to set timezone, but since in summertime time is different - your app doesn't consider that. On Android phone there's no option about "Summer time" the timezone itself adjusted according summer time. So, I would say for android phone your app shouldn't consider "summer time shift" but for windows app it should. This is more technical details, but the thing is:
I cannot set the same timezone (GMT+2) on both devices, because windows doesn't show me the option (Amsterdam GMT+2) while android shows this option (Amsterdam GMT+2).
So on Windows I have option: Amsterdam + 1 with summer time shift option (this adjust time automatically) while on Android phone there's Amsterdam GMT+2 without summer time shift option. -
