Could you please make a screenshot of the payment page and send it to us by private comments? We will upgrade your account and check this issue immediately if it's actually a yearly pro subscription.

It is the second time is some years using Doit.im that my account reverts from Pro to Normal, unexpectedly, without prior notice.
I suspect I had reached the end of my 1-year subscription, but why am I not warned in due time that my subscription "will come to an end by ... (date)"?
Please consider doing this in the future... -
